Divine Ade Muma
Divine Ade Muma is the General Manager of Ntarinkon Cooperative Credit Union Limited and has led the institution’s executive management since 2013.
His professional background combines banking, finance, credit management and business administration.
Before becoming General Manager, he worked as a credit analyst with the Cameroon Cooperative Credit Union League, where his responsibilities included credit analysis, loan recovery and support to cooperative financial institutions.
Under his management, NtaCCUL has experienced major membership growth, wider geographical expansion and significant development of digital financial services.

- Higher Diploma in Business Administration — London.
- MBA in Finance — University of Wales Institute, United Kingdom.
Professional experience
Before becoming General Manager of NtaCCUL, Divine Ade Muma worked within the cooperative finance sector, including service as a credit analyst with the Cameroon Cooperative Credit Union League.
He became General Manager of NtaCCUL in 2013.
Executive leadership
His tenure has coincided with:
- Rapid membership growth.
- Expansion of NtaCCUL’s branch network.
- Growth in savings and lending.
- Development of mobile and USSD banking.
- Introduction of GIMAC card services.
- Greater emphasis on risk management and internal controls.
- Expansion of financial products aimed at farmers, traders, women and other member groups.
Recognition
Divine Ade Muma has received several leadership and microfinance-sector recognitions, including recognition from The Guardian Post and later awards connected to his leadership in cooperative finance.
Leadership direction
His publicly stated strategy has emphasised digital banking, financial inclusion, national expansion and reducing members’ dependence on physical banking counters.
NtaCCUL has also expressed a long-term ambition to substantially increase membership and extend its presence across all ten regions of Cameroon.
